Structure Check
Holder type check
Dismantling & Clean Parts :
- First disassemble DDF3 Body, check Screw Thread for damage.
- Remove Bearing and proceed finding teeth on Bearing Base.
- Ultrasonic Vibration Cleaning machine of parts, use air gun to blow dry, IPA vent, and clean both inside and outside the body wall.
Replace Parts & Testing
- Replace all PM item, assemble and test。
